The Healing Collective

Healing is a collective effort, shaped by the systems where people live, are treated, detained, and cared for. My work supports those systems from the inside, with trauma-sensitive mindfulness that makes space for meaningful change.

Treatment & Recovery Programs

Outpatient and residential programs supporting people navigating addiction, mental health, and co‑occurring challenges. I collaborate closely with your clinical leadership—lead therapists, psychologists, social workers, and program directors—to offer trauma‑sensitive mindfulness groups and nervous‑system support that fit your existing treatment plans, schedules, and levels of care.

Hospitals, Cancer Care & Hospice

I work with hospitals, cancer centers, and hospice teams, patients, and family members to bring trauma‑sensitive mindfulness into the real rhythms of care—short stays, long treatments, changing prognoses, and families carrying a lot at once. Sessions offer simple, steady practices for patients, caregivers, and staff, and can be adapted for infusion rooms, bedside moments, family spaces, and brief pauses before or after difficult cases

Community Centers, Schools & Justice‑Impacted Programs

I partner with schools, community organizations, shelters, re‑entry and diversion programs, and carceral or detention settings that are supporting people impacted by homelessness, incarceration, immigration, and community violence. The focus is on practical, trauma‑sensitive mindfulness and nervous‑system tools that staff and participants can use in real conditions—crowded classrooms, group rooms, day rooms, or cells—without needing silence, special equipment, or long stretches of time. Over time, these practices help shift not only individual coping, but the culture of the program itself toward more safety, dignity, and possibility.
