live on zoom
Hypnotherapy sessions over Zoom are relaxed and conversational, and you stay in the comfort of your own space. Sessions average around 50 minutes. We start with a brief check‑in about what’s on your mind, then I guide you into a calmer, more focused state using imagery and guided relaxation. From there, gentle spoken suggestions we’ve created together can settle into your subconscious mind, supporting meaningful shifts over time. You stay awake, aware, and in control the entire time. You can sit or lie down with your camera on, and we work with your nervous system—not against it—to explore new patterns and practice supportive tools. Because sessions are online, we can meet from anywhere in the world, making it easier to access support that feels like the right fit, no matter where you live.

live on zoom and select in-person sessions
Mindfulness sessions are one‑on‑one, trauma‑sensitive spaces where we slow things down and gently turn toward what’s most present in your life. Together, we explore practices like simple breath awareness, body scans, grounding, and self‑compassion that are tailored to your nervous system, your history, and your current realities—not some ideal version of you.
Sessions are 30 minutes over Zoom, conversational and practical. We might spend time naming patterns of overwhelm, practicing short mindfulness exercises in real time, and finding small, doable ways to weave them into your everyday routines. You do not need any prior meditation experience, and you never have to push past your edges. The goal is to build a toolkit of gentle, repeatable practices you can return to when life feels like too much—so you have more steadiness, clarity, and self‑kindness to meet what’s ahead.

the details
Hypnotherapy can be supportive if you’re feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, navigating stress, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, or big life transitions, and you’re curious about a gentler way to work with your subconscious to a healthier nervous system.
No. Hypnotherapy sessions with me are supportive and skills‑based, but they are not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. In this space I am not acting as a licensed mental health provider or medical professional, and I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide emergency or crisis services. Hypnotherapy is offered as a complementary, educational, and wellness‑oriented service. It is meant to be an addition to your existing support system, not a replacement for it. I often work alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and other members of your care team when appropriate, and I encourage you to seek or continue therapy, psychiatric care, and medical care as needed.
If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or feel unable to stay safe, please do not wait for an appointment with me. I do not provide emergency or crisis services. Instead, contact your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.), go to the nearest emergency room, or reach out to a crisis line right away:
Emergency: Call 911 or your local emergency number.
988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.): Call or text 988, or use chat at 988lifeline.org
Crisis Text Line (U.S. & Canada): Text HOME to 741741
Offerings with me are educational and skills‑based rather than therapy-like. In these spaces, we slow down together, learn simple practices for meeting stress and pain, and explore how awareness can create a bit more room and choice in difficult moments. Sessions might include brief talks, guided practices (like loving‑kindness, anchors of attention, body scans, or gentle movement), reflection, and time for questions. Everything is invitational—you’re encouraged to listen to your own limits and adapt practices to your body, culture, and lived experience.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours notice when possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
*No‑call / no‑show appointments are typically charged 100% of the scheduled service, as that time is held specifically for you. I also understand that health, caregiving, and life can be unpredictable. If it is a true emergency or sudden crisis comes up, you can let me know and we’ll navigate it together.
What can I reasonably expect (and not expect) from this work?
You can expect a trauma‑aware, non‑judgmental space; clear communication; and practices aimed at increasing ease, capacity, and choice in how you meet your life. You should not expect quick fixes, promises of a cure, or guarantees that specific symptoms will disappear. Every nervous system is different, and we work collaboratively with what’s actually happening for you, at a pace that respects your limits.
A typical hypnotherapy session starts with a brief check‑in about what you’re bringing in that day and what feels most important to focus on. From there, I’ll guide you into a relaxed, focused state using breath, imagery, and gentle suggestions—not mind control, and you stay aware and in choice the whole time. We work collaboratively with your nervous system and subconscious to explore new options, patterns, and responses alongside your mental health team. We’ll leave time at the end to debrief, integrate what came up, and talk about any simple practices you can take with you between sessions.
